Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.
For orders over 150 € we offer free shipping

delivery abroad (EU)
We charge shipping costs abroad within the EU at a flat rate of 14.99
For orders over 200€ we offer free shipping

Delivery time:

If your order arrives by 8:00 a.m. and all products are in stock, it will be handed over to our shipping provider on the same working day. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you by email and deliver this item as quickly as possible.

To determine when your order will arrive, we will automatically send you a tracking number for each shipment.

Germany: 2-4 working days

Austria: 3-6 working days

Europe: 3-7 working days

pre-sales (pre-order)

If you have ordered items with different delivery times (for example, pre-order items), we will ship the items as a single delivery. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the latest availability.
